  1. 1/3 cup of Mavenshake
  2. 1/2 mango (you can have it pre-chopped & frozen)
  3. 1 ripe banana
  4. 1 slice of a fresh papaya
  5. 1 Haas avocado, peeled, pitted & chopped
  6. 12 oz of coconut milk
  7. 1 tbsp of honey
