Organic Hemp Protein

Hemp is among the most concentrated protein sources of all the plant foods, is easy to digest and low in saturated fat.  A product of the Cannibis plant, hemp protein contains about 80% essential fatty acids and fiber.  It is also a complete protein- containing all 21 known amino acids, including the 9 essential ones that our adult bodies cannot produce.  Without these amino acids, your body cannot build nor repair muscle protein.

Organic Maca

Discovered over 2000 years ago, maca is found only in high elevation areas of the Peruvian central Andes.  The root color of this plant ranges from white to black with about 13 identifiable shades each one with its unique therapeutic and nutritional benefits ranging from fertility support to stamina promoting properties.

Maca contains many amino acids including all of the essential ones and many of the non-essentials. It is rich in minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants. Organic Moringa

Moringa oleifera is a bush native to the African savannah, its tiny tree leaves belong to the family of dark green leafy vegetables and are rich in protein, vitamins A, vitamin B, vitamin C and minerals, especially calcium and potassium.  Because it can grow is poor soil and tough climates but has high nutrition, it is being cultivated in poverty-stricken nations to help fight malnutrition and hunger.

Barley grass is sprouted from barley seeds and can be juiced or consumed in powder form as well. This green is rich in enzymes, contains all vitamins (except D), most minerals, and has shown to balance pH in the body. Acai’s ORAC level (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity- a way to measure antioxidant capacities)is  over 3,500, which is hundreds of times higher than your average fruits like bananas or berries.

Acai is rich in healthy fats, which help in absorption of important fat soluble vitamins.  It also contains plenty of iron, calcium, vitamin A, amino acids, photosterols and fiber. Believe it or not, acai (per 100g) also packs more protein than the average egg.
